Je kan de Maleisische MotoGP op het Sepang International Circuit op verschillende manieren binnenkomen. De poorten gaan om 8:00 uur open, met veiligheidscontroles bij alle ingangen. Zowel digitale als geprinte tickets worden geaccepteerd en er is bagageopslag beschikbaar bij de hoofdingang.
Als je vanaf Kuala Lumpur reist, zijn shuttlebussen vanaf de belangrijkste locaties een mogelijkheid, maar ook taxi's en treinen vertrekken bij Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Vanwege het drukke verkeer tijdens het raceweekend is het aan te raden om extra reistijd in acht te nemen.
Op de eventlocatie zijn verschillende faciliteiten beschikbaar om je ervaring nog mooier te maken. Er zijn eet- en drankkraampjes, stands met merchandise en fanzones verspreid over het circuit, waar naast de actie op het circuit ook entertainment en activiteiten worden aangeboden.
