Voor toegang tot de Red Bull Ring voor de Oostenrijkse MotoGP Grand Prix is een geldig toegangsbewijs nodig, dat bij binnenkomst elektronisch wordt gescand. Mobiele tickets worden geaccepteerd, maar het is aan te raden om een geprinte versie als back-up mee te nemen.
Tijdens het evenement zijn er kassa's, met verschillende openingstijden van donderdag tot zondag. Het circuit is geopend voor toeschouwers van 12:00 tot 19:30 uur op donderdag, van 7:00 tot 20:00 uur op vrijdag en zaterdag en van 7:00 tot 20:30 uur op zondag.
De parkeerterreinen gaan meestal een uur eerder open om aankomst mogelijk te maken, terwijl de MotoGP Fan Zone op bepaalde dagen later open blijft en uitgebreid entertainment en activiteiten biedt naast de actie op het circuit. Met duizenden fans die gedurende het weekend arriveren, is het aan te raden om goed op tijd te arriveren om opstoppingen te voorkomen en een vlotte entree te garanderen.
