Het Miami International Autodrome, gelegen rond het Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, is een 5,41 km lang stratencircuit met 19 bochten. De Grand Prix van Miami, die in 2022 zijn debuut maakte, heeft zich snel gevestigd als een hoogtepunt op de Formule 1-kalender, met een mix van snelle rechte stukken en scherpe bochten die coureurs uitdagen.
In Miami wordt regelmatig een sprintrace verreden, waardoor het weekend nog spannender wordt. Het gripniveau op het circuit is onvoorspelbaar, wat van invloed is op de bandenslijtage en de gekozen strategie voor de race. Bandenmanagement is dus van cruciaal belang, met name in de technische middensector.
