Con la chiusura delle strade, non è possibile arrivare direttamente ai cancelli del circuito. Tuttavia, i possessori di biglietti possono raggiungere gli ingressi tramite passerelle e passaggi sotterranei.
Non c'è un parcheggio dedicato agli spettatori, per cui il mezzo di trasporto pubblico è il modo più comodo per accedere alla sede.
Per chi ha bisogno di parcheggiare, potrebbero essere disponibili posti limitati al 28 Mall Park o al Baku White City Boulevard. Da questi punti è possibile prendere la metropolitana per avvicinarsi al circuito.
