Visitor rules

For a secure and enjoyable experience at the Indonesia MotoGP, attendees are encouraged to review the guidelines on allowed and prohibited items.

Permitted items

Food & beverages – Visitors may bring small quantities for personal consumption, such as a bottle, sandwich, piece of fruit, or snack. Authorities may require bottles to be brought in without caps. Multiple food and drink stands are available for purchase.
Helmet storage – Helmets can be brought into the stands, but no designated storage area is provided. A helmet storage service is available near the Circuit Shop, managed by Moto Clube de Mandalika, with conditions and costs set by them.
Photography & videography – Personal photos and videos are allowed, but professional equipment such as large cameras with lenses longer than 200mm, video cameras, and tripods are not permitted. Recording devices are allowed only for personal use.
Sun umbrellas & camping chairs – Allowed only in general admission areas, provided they do not obstruct other spectators' views.

Prohibited items

Alcohol, liquids & banned substances – No outside food, drinks, or alcoholic beverages allowed.
Bags exceeding 40 cm x 40 cm – Large luggage, backpacks, and tote bags are not permitted.
Dangerous objects & weapons – Includes knives, guns, metal/plastic knuckles, stun guns, and self-defence sprays.
Electronic cigarettes & tobacco products – Liquid vape, heated tobacco, and unsealed cigarette packs are prohibited.
Flammable materials – Items such as gasoline, kerosene, pressurized substances, and cologne are not allowed.
Large banners & flags – Posters, flags, and banners larger than A4 size are restricted.
Professional recording equipment – Unauthorized cameras, video, and audio recording devices, including GoPros and tablets, are not allowed without accreditation.
Suspicious or potentially dangerous objects – Includes laser devices, tools, powders, umbrellas, selfie sticks, and other poles.
