Rules for visitors

Before heading to Balaton Park Circuit for the Hungary MotoGP, it’s important to review the list of allowed and prohibited items to ensure a hassle-free entry and avoid delays at security checks.

Permitted items
  • Binoculars – Spectators can bring personal binoculars to enhance their view of the track.
  • Cameras and camcorders – Photography and video recording for personal use are permitted, but professional-grade equipment, including large film cameras, is not allowed.
  • ID – A valid form of identification may be required for ticket verification or security purposes.
  • Mobile phones – Phones can be used for communication, capturing moments, and staying updated during the event.
  • Photography equipment – Regular cameras are allowed, but professional setups, such as large lenses and tripods, are restricted.
Prohibited items
  • Alcoholic beverages – Bringing your own alcohol is not permitted.
  • Any type of weapon – Firearms, knives, and other dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.
  • Bottles, rocks, and other hazardous items – Any object that could pose a risk to others is banned.
  • Cannons, flares, smoke bombs, and pyrotechnics – Any explosive or smoke-producing device is forbidden.
  • Unmanned machines and drones – Unauthorized aerial devices are not permitted without prior approval from Balaton Park Circuit officials.
  • Even sharp objects like knives or scissors – Anything that could cause injury is not allowed.
  • Fireworks, Bengal lights, and incendiary devices – Any flammable or explosive material is strictly prohibited.
  • Glass, metal, or wooden containers – Hard containers that could be used as projectiles are not permitted.
  • Animals – Only dogs in a carrier or on a leash are permitted in the paddock area under close supervision. Other animals are prohibited.
  • Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited in buildings, pit garages, and the pit lane. It is only allowed at marked designated locations.
  • Bicycles, scooters, or personal transport devices – These are strictly prohibited within the pit lane area.
  • Unauthorized entry – Entering the pit lane, pit building, or security areas without authorization is forbidden.
  • Safety violations – Climbing over fences, opening locked doors, or crossing security barriers is strictly prohibited.
