The MotoGP Brazilian Grand Prix at Autódromo Internacional Ayrton Senna marked a historic moment as the championship returned to Brazil in 2026 for the first time since 1992.
Located in Goiânia, the circuit is widely regarded as a compact yet dynamic layout. It blends sharp direction changes with a natural rhythm, rewarding riders who can stay precise and consistent throughout the lap. The track features an almost 1 km-long main straight, creating strong slipstreaming and overtaking opportunities, and includes a total of 14 corners that combine technical sections with flowing sequences.
Fans can expect close racing and dramatic battles, especially under heavy braking at the end of the long straight. With Brazil’s passionate motorsport culture, the atmosphere is set to be electric as MotoGP makes its long-awaited comeback to South America’s largest nation.
Away from the circuit, Goiânia offers a warm and vibrant setting. Known for its green parks, lively music scene and welcoming spirit, the city provides the perfect backdrop for a race weekend that blends world-class racing with authentic Brazilian culture.
