For fans looking to stay close to the action, Montmeló offers a campsite at Can Guitet, located on the southern edge of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Just a 10-minute walk from the track and 1.5 km from the entrance, it’s a convenient and affordable option for race weekend accommodation.
The facilities include toilets and showers, which are decent but can get busy – early morning showers are best for hot water. The campsite has a friendly and lively atmosphere, often featuring late-night celebrations, including fireworks.
The site is spacious but fills up quickly, especially by Friday evening. Advance booking is highly recommended, with tickets available for around €40 per group or vehicle. Reservations open in the spring via montmelo.cat, though the exact date is yet to be announced.
For a hassle-free stay, book early – last-minute availability is limited, and the site often sells out before the weekend!
