The MotoGP Australian Grand Prix arrives in Adelaide for the first time in 2027, marking a historic moment for the championship. Set on the iconic Adelaide Street Circuit, the event introduces MotoGP’s first-ever race on a city street track, bringing world-class motorcycle racing directly into the heart of South Australia’s capital.
The temporary circuit winds through the parklands surrounding Adelaide’s city centre, combining long straights with flowing corners that reward bravery and precision. With speeds expected to exceed 340 km/h and dramatic braking zones into tight corners, the layout promises spectacular racing and intense battles between the world’s best riders.
Fans can expect a unique atmosphere as the roar of MotoGP machines echoes through the city streets. With grandstands, fan zones and entertainment areas spread around the circuit, the Adelaide event is set to deliver one of the most vibrant race weekends on the calendar.
