Rules for visitors

At the Bahrain Grand Prix, fans must adhere to event regulations regarding security, permitted items, and conduct to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Permitted items
  • Tickets and identification – You must have a valid ticket for each specific day and a valid ID or passport for yourself and any children for entry.
  • Essential personal belongings – Carry essentials like cash or credit cards, your phone, and a power bank to stay connected throughout the day.
  • Sun protection – Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are highly recommended due to the desert climate.
  • Hearing protection – Earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones are recommended, especially for children, as the engines are very loud.
  • Team and national flags – Small-sized flags are allowed to support your favorite driver or team, provided they do not obstruct the view of others.
  • Compact strollers – Lightweight, foldable strollers for young children are permitted for easier mobility around the circuit.
  • Personal photography gear – Small cameras for personal use are allowed. Professional equipment and large lenses are prohibited without prior accreditation.
Prohibited items
  • Food and drinks: Bringing your own food or drinks (including alcohol) into the circuit is strictly prohibited.
  • Bottles and glass containers: Any form of glass vessels, bottles, or containers that could cause injury or damage are not allowed.
  • Dangerous or hazardous items: Any objects, including knives and weapons, that could pose a threat to public safety.
  • Drones: Unauthorized unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are strictly prohibited within the circuit and surrounding areas.
  • Fireworks, flares, and smoke bombs: Any items that create fire hazards, smoke, or disrupt the event.
  • Laser devices: Laser pointers or any items that can distract drivers or interfere with the event.
  • Items with protest or offensive content: Political, religious, or offensive slogans, inscriptions, or protest materials.
  • Electronics and noise makers: Air horns, megaphones, radio scanners, walkie-talkies, and cell phone jammers.
