Der MotoGP Grand Prix von Katalonien erstreckt sich über drei actionreiche Tage, folgt dem Standard-Wochenendformat der MotoGP und bietet ein unvergessliches Spektakel aus Geschwindigkeit, Können und Spannung:
Freitag
Das Wochenende beginnt mit P1 und P2, bei denen ermittelt wird, welche MotoGP-Fahrer direkt ins Q2 einziehen und wer sich erst durchs Q1 kämpfen muss.
Samstag
Ein 30-minütiges Freies Training leitet das Qualifying ein, bei dem die Startaufstellung für den Sprint und das Rennen am Sonntag festgelegt wird. Das Sprintrennen am Nachmittag geht über die halbe Distanz des Hauptrennens, wobei die ersten neun Plätze mit Punkten belohnt werden.
Sonntag
Der Renntag beginnt mit einem 10-minütigen MotoGP-Warm-up, gefolgt von:
